broken jacuzzi jets improper suction
I was very unhappy when the room wasn't what I expected. I requested a room on the ground floor but I got one on the first floor. The bathroom lacked proper suction and the tub lost water. The jacuzzi in the spa have multiple broken jets and this cause displeasure among us guests.

fantastic choices hotel setting small space tiny window
the breakfast was AMAZING!!! i loved the fantastic choices available. the setting of the hotel is very nice too.
The gym area seemed uncared for, a very small space too. the room i had was quite dark with a tiny window. It wasn't great.

a tranquil retreat
magical atmosphere pool areas
The hotel provided a magical atmosphere. i could see many stars at night. It was so clear. the pool areas offered different experiences. a walk around the hotel revealed various free roaming animals.
